About Ibrahim
Ibrahim spent his youth playing National League basketball in England. When he gave up competitive sport, the weight crept on and stayed on. Two injuries. A gallbladder removal. And in 2025, a doctor telling him he had inflammation in his intestines and a fatty liver. That was enough! He threw himself into research, built a programme to eliminate unwanted fat and build lean muscle at the same time and then did it himself first. The results speak for themselves.
He built Regimen SDC for Muslim men who are done making excuses and ready to finally look and feel the way they know they should. No fluff. No fads. Just a system that works around your real life.
