About Ibrahim
Ibrahim spent his youth playing National League basketball in England. When he gave up competitive sport, the weight crept on and stayed on. Two injuries. A gallbladder removal. And in 2025, a doctor telling him he had inflammation in his intestines and a fatty liver. That was enough! He threw himself into research, built a programme to eliminate unwanted fat and build lean muscle at the same time and then did it himself first. The results speak for themselves.

When you join, you're paired with a coach who becomes your accountability partner for 12 weeks. They build your training plan around your schedule and design your nutrition around the way you eat.

Weekly we will closely observe your progress to make sure we are going in the right direction and if needs be make changes to ensure you achieve your goals. This is measured through daily weigh-ins and weekly photos.
